The Apps are not to be used for medical diagnosis but helpful to monitor trends. Please consult your physician if in doubt.
First is a FREE App 'Photo AFib Detector' that uses smartphone's inbuilt back camera to capture your fingertip video for photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal extraction and then estimate two parameters of RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Difference) and ShE (Shannon Entropy) for AFib detection. It also provide heart-rate monitoring function with percentage of your maximum heart rate if you have input your age in the setting. If both are outside the norm it indicates abnormal. It allows history.
